What do you need for Chained Beasts local co-op?

Chained Beasts supports local couch co-op, and same-screen play on PC requires at least 1 gamepad. Have that controller ready before gathering everyone around the same PC.

For the PC hardware requirements beyond controllers, check the Chained Beasts system requirements.

How do you fight together in Chained Beasts multiplayer?

Coordinate your movement so the chain trips enemies instead of tangling your party around a pillar.

The chained duo fights beside the curved arena wall, with both player health bars visible.

The chain can do more than trip foes: loop it around an enemy and squeeze to deal damage. One duo chose to attempt its chain-squeeze kill challenge on the last enemy, leaving fewer opponents to interrupt the maneuver. Try that approach when you want room to coordinate the circle together.

Once your party is together, you can turn the chain into another weapon. Choose your fighter with the Chained Beasts characters page, then head into the arena with a shared plan for movement.
